Wigan 1-1 Fulham
There's nothing to get the pulse slumping like Wigan away, and the first half was suitably dire.   Chris Baird, revelling in his 'long range specialist' role, had our first two shots, the first a daisy cutter that Ali Al Habsi saved easily, the second flying into the crowd.   Wigan bounced back with a relatively exhilerating break down the right flank, Stam's crossed at full-speed, Rodellega got on the end of it but hit the post with a good header.
