Official: Newcastle Sign Ben Arfa Permanently
UPDATE: According to Newcastle's official website, Newcastle have completed the permanent signing of Marseille midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa. Ben Arfa signed a deal that will keep him at the club until June 2015.
