Ajax appoint Frank de Boer as permanent manager
AMSTERDAM, Netherlands  Ajax Amsterdam have confirmed Frank de Boer in the post of manager until June 2014 to replace Martin Jol who left last month, the club said on Monday. The 40-year-old former Dutch international, an assistant to Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk, took charge of Ajax on a temporary basis last month.
