Wenger Will Only Buy If There Is An “Exceptional Opportunity”
According to Arsenal's official website, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger does not appear likely to buy anybody this month. Wenger said,
"I haven't ruled out signings ... "If I have an outstanding opportunity, maybe I will take it ... I do not want to sit here and say we won't, then people can come back and say ‘but you said you wouldn't sign anyone'.
