Avram Grant has announced that he won't take charge of West ham against Stoke this weekend to celebrate a holy festival. This is of course entirely understandable, but it couldn't have come at a worse time for Grant and West Ham. The Hammers have the worst starting record to a season in the clubs recent history and could lose their fifth game in succession if defeated by Tony Pulis' side this weekend.
