OUT  Lucas Neill has joined West Ham because they will offer him more first team play than Liverpool's offer. IN Stephen Warnock joins Blackburn from Liverpool on a 3 1/2 year contract. GREAT signing in my opinion. If fit, he'll be an excellent addition
