West Ham Lead The Race To Sign Juventus Striker?

ACCORDING to this morning's Daily Mirror, West Ham have edged in front of Liverpool, Aston Villa and West Brom in the race to procure the signature of Juventus' World Cup winning striker David Trezeguet.

Trezeguet has received plenty of offers after being told that he will be surplus to requirements at the Stadio Olimpico this season, with four teams in England and three in Spain already said to be bidding for his services.
