Grumble. Prediction time, again. Never my favorite thing to do, but alas, I'll live.Biggest issue this year is the variable "Big Seven" -- Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham. Then there's respectable ol' Everton. That's eight reasonably competent squads. Nobody, aside from City, went crazy in the transfer market either.
