Former Wizards Update

Another week of former Wizards updates, along with some other information. More leagues are starting up as Bolivia and Colombia are going again. Others are coming to an end as the PDL season is almost over. One other bit of news is that former Wizards player, Khari Stephenson could be on his way back to MLS as he's on trial with San Jose.
