Group F-11 AM

-loss AND CDA win AND tiebreakers

-CDA advance with win AND Internationals loss AND tiebreakers

Group G-11 AM

-Bays advance with win OR draw OR

-loss AND Wizards loss OR draw

-loss AND Wizards win AND tiebreakers

-Wizards advance with a win and Baltimore Bays loss AND tiebreakers

Group H-11 AM

-Cal Odyssey advance with win OR

-draw AND FC Greater Boston draw OR loss

-Charlotte advance with win AND FC Greater Boston draw OR

-win AND FCGB win AND tiebreakers

-FCGB advance with win AND Charlotte win AND tiebreakers
