Can France Re-establish Their World Cup Pedigree?

No one can be too sure of what was actually said during England's emergency clear the air talks this week, but anyone wanting to pipe up and lighten the mood could have uttered, "well at least we're not French."

For however bad English, Spanish or Italian fans feel their sides have performed at this World Cup they can take consolation in the fact that France are single-handedly ruining their hopes by each passing day.
