NEWS: Paulo Wanchope heading to FC

FC Tokyo that is. Rumours that Wanchope was MLS bound - New York, Colorado, LA were mentioned, have apparently fallen through. I believe Wanchope is a Green Card holder which makes him a valuable MLS asset.
