England forward Peter Crouch is 6-foot-7. U.S. defender Steve Cherundolo is 5-foot-6. So, yes, the
lanky English attacker is more than a foot taller than the veteran U.S. right back, and Steve is
leaning down as he accelerates into the dribble, and Crouch is fully extended and even on his
tip-toes, but as you can see from this pic, and from Cherundolo's wonderful performance in the
World Cup opener, size doesn't always matter.
