Michael Dawson Jets Out To South Africa To Replace Injured Rio Ferdinand

Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson has been called up to the England World Cup squad to replace injured captain Rio Ferdinand. The ink was barely dry on the newspapers containing stories about Dawson's deep disappointment at being cut from the initial 30 man training squad.
Dawson and Tottenham team mate Tom Huddlestone were in the same place when they both got the bad news.
