The second best thing for Liverpool FC

Well the writing had been on the wall for quite a while now, and sure enough Rafa Benitez was sacked has left LFC by 'mutual consent'. In theory this should be a positive thing, as new managers often bring a fresh impetus to clubs.

In practice though, we're still stuck with our illustrious owners, and thanks to a string of broken promises they made us, they're as much to blame for many of LFC's misfortunes.
