NEWS: Two boys in hospital after Chalkwell assault

Two teenage boys were taken to hospital, suffering from head and facial injuries, following an assault in Chalkwell Park on Friday night (7 May).

The incident happened around 10pm near to the toilets on the London Road side of the park.

Police say the boys - aged 16 and 17, from Westcliff and Benfleet - were assaulted by two teenage boys and a girl.
