MLS Daily Player of Week 1: Ryan Smith

Kansas City Wizards midfielder Ryan Smith has been named MLS Daily Player of the Week for his performance in Week 1 of the regular season. The former Arsenal player recorded a goal and an assist in his MLS debut and created another goal when a rebound from one of his shots was slotted home by a teammate as the Wizards rolled to a convincing 4-0 victory over D.
