Oshkosh legend Bares steps down
Toby Bares, who built the UW-Oshkosh men's soccer team into one of the top country's NCAA Division III programs, has stepped down after 26 years.
Bares compiled a 344-99-38 record with the Titans after starting the program in 1984, leading the team to 11 NCAA tournament appearances and three Final Four berths.
