Liverpool Can't Afford To Fire Rafael Benitez Due To A Contract Clause - Report
Liverpool cannot afford to sack their under-fire manager Rafael Benitez, according to The
Mirror.
The Spaniard signed a five-year contract with the club in last March, worth about £4 million per
season. And it is claimed there is a clause in the deal that states that the former Valencia boss
will be paid in full within 24 hours of being relieved of his position, if such a thing should come
to pass.
