Southend United legend David Webb rejoined the Blues as assistant manager earlier this week - it's his fifth spell at Roots Hall. He took over from Paul Brush who was sacked on Monday. Chairman Ron Martin said the club - who's financial and League One status is in peril - needed fresh impetus.
