Drogba Named Africa’s Best Player

Didier Drogba was last night named Africa's finest player for the year 2009 in a lavish gala award ceremony in Accra, Ghana. This ends his long wait to be recognised as one of the continents great's. It was rather obvious that Drogba would carry the day considering the superb form that he is displaying for both his club and country.
