Algarve Cup: USA 3 Germany 2
The United States Women won the 2010 Algarve Cup on Wednesday, beating Germany 302 in Faro, Portugal. Carli Lloyd had the first US goal in the 18th minute. Abby Wambach made it 2-0 in the 22nd. Inka Grings got a goal back for Germany in the 40th. Lauren Cheney scored the third US goal in the 69th-minute.
