The 3 steps to beat West Ham

At the outset, I should clarify that I did not watch this match fully. If a weekend fixture against a mid-table side cannot inspire Maddy enough that he needs to find true love on top of it to get his creativity flowing, then what chances did my midweek fixture against a bottom-feeder have? Gianfranco Zola has done a lot with West Ham, but figuring out how to beat us is certainly not one of them.
