CBA Negotiation Deadline Pushed Back Again
Major League Soccer and the MLS Players Union have agreed to again push back the deadline for reaching a deal on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement, this time to February 25th. It is the second time that the two sides have moved the goalposts; they had originally hoped to strike a deal by the time the old CBA expired on January 31st, but agreed to move the deadline to February 12th, citing progress in finding common ground on key issues.
