Wayne Rooney is heating up. In fact Wayne Rooney is on fire.

With many of the elite Premier League strikers out over the last month (including Drogba, Torres, Adebayor, & Van Persie) there is not much doubt that Wayne Rooney has pulled away from the rest of the pack as the best player in the league so far this year.
