A fantastic article on the science of management
Yesterday i was at soccernet.com and came across a Damian Hughes article on the psychology of succeeding in team sports. The article is really about any organization that consist of a group of people who need to be lead to achieve success. Its a great piece that attempts to understand why England under one manager can suffer but under another thrive.
