Robbie Keane capped a day of frenetic transfers as clubs scrambled to sign players to bolster their squads.
He goes to Celtic on loan from Spurs till the end of the season after falling in the depth chart with Harry Redknapp preferring Peter Crouch to partner Jermain Defoe.
