ESPN, ABC announce World Cup TV plans
ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC will provide wall-to-wall coverage of this summer's World Cup in South Africa, with all 64 matches to be shown live and in HD.
ABC will air the highly anticipated Group C opener between the U.S. and England at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 12, the final at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 11, and eight other matches.
