Stuart Holden signs with Bolton Wanderers

According to this article on the BBC, Stuart Holden has signed a contract with Bolton Wanderers and thus becomes the 2nd U.S. international player, along with Ricardo Clark, to leave the Houston Dynamo this offseason.
