Morgan Back to Berkeley
Fast girls sometimes pull their hamstrings, and that's not good
Forward Alex Morgan, the youngest player in WNT Training Camp at age 20, has left camp after
suffering a hamstring injury in training on Wednesday. One of the heroes of the USA's title run at
the 2008 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, the speedy Morgan hurt the hammie bad enough that she was
ruled out of competing for the rest of the camp, so she has returned to school at UC Berkeley to
begin the rehab process.
