Basile resigns as Boca manager

Alfio Basile resigned as Boca's manager. The poor results from the previous season, the team's mediocre performances heading in to the new season and divisions within the team have doomed Basile.

Perhaps it is time for the former national team manager to seriously consider retirement from football management.
