With J Hutcherson -- There's an interesting quote from Aston Villa manager Martin O'Neill that should resonate across the Atlantic and into the locker rooms of Major League Soccer: "We want to go and take the game on its merit." O'Neill might be talking specifically to his club's official site about the second-leg of a Carling Cup semifinal series where Villa already has the lead, but I'm going to take it a little broader.
