D.C. United trade Fred, SuperDraft pick, cash to Union for rights to Troy Perkins

The Philadelphia Union just released confirmation that D.C. United's Brazilian winger Fred will be suiting up for the Union next season. Troy Perkins, former D.C. United keeper, was looking to return to the United States after several seasons with Valeranga in the Norwegian Tippeligaen.
