Liverpool’s new midfield star flies to England for medical
By Ollie Irish
Maxi Rodriguez, South America's favourite panty liner, is set to hop on a plane tomorrow morning and fly to the north-west for his medical with Liverpool, ahead of a cut-price £1m-£1.5m move from Atletico Madrid.
This could turn out to be a VERY good bit of business for not only Atletico who want the high-earning Argentine off their wage bill but also for Liverpool, who get a proven international for less than the price of a Championship player (salary not withstanding).
