I don’t believe Wenger said that!
If I hadn't read it in the Guardian I would have just laughed, but they have made a serious accusation against Arsene Wenger. They reckon that the Arsenal manager said after his team's win at Portsmouth on Wednesday that Chelsea and and Carlo Ancelotti "will drop points and steadily implode over the remainder of the season [.
