League Dispute Has Done What ULS Didn’t Do
As the debate between the Team Owners Association (TOA) and the United Soccer League (USL) rolls on, the US and Canadian soccer community seem to be starting to understand much better the relevance of this issue. But more importantly and for the first time, many are beginning to understand the importance of the US and Canada's 2nd division soccer league.
