Injury-hit Arsenal ready to try again for Bordeaux striker Chamakh
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to revive his bid for Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh.
The Daily Mail says Wenger admits his concern at failing to score in back-to-back Barclays Premier
League defeats by Chelsea and Sunderland following injury to star striker Robin van Persie.
With the Holland international now ruled out for up to five months and Nicklas Bendtner also
struggling with a groin strain, Wenger is contemplating adding to his attacking options when the
transfer window opens in January.
