World Cup Bid news?

There is a press conference scheduled for tomorrow at Arrowhead. It is supposed to be a major announcement by Mayor Funkhouser. My guess is that they are announcing that Kansas City is in the final 18 cities. That announcement is scheduled for December and it would be big enough to warrant a press conference.
