Time for Avram to do the talking
It's never a good sign for a manager when Avram Grant steps in as Director of Football just ask Jose Mourinho. On Thursday, Portsmouth announced the inevitable by installing Grant in the hot seat in place of outgoing manager Paul Hart. With the South Coast club currently dead last in the Premiership, this time the former Maccabi-Haifa manager might just have bitten off more than he can stomach.
