*U.S. Soccer has announced the finalists for its annual awards and Southern Californians are well represented including Torrance's Shannon Boxx, UCLA goalkeeper Brian Perk and UCLA's Sydney LeRoux. Even Michael Bradley lists Manhattan Beach as his hometown these days, since his dad lives here.
