The Game of Chicken - USL and TOA Style

I've grown fond of playing the board game Risk with my family and friends. The concept of the game is simple, try to take over the world like the characters in the cartoon show "Pinky and the Brain" tried to do each week, but their schemes usually ended in some comically disastrous way.
