Donovan Wins Goal of the Year
Los Angeles Galaxy forward Landon Donovan's goal against New England on August 8th was named Major League Soccer's Goal of the Year on Wednesday. This is the first time Donovan has won the award, decided by fans through online voting. Houston goalkeeper Pat Onstad became the first Sane of the Year honoree for his stops against Dallas in Week 30.
