Mines’ victory ends Regis’ season

Kayla Mitchell scored her 28th and 29th goals of the season as the women's soccer team from the Colorado School of Mines defeated Regis University 2-1 on Thursday in Durango. The victory marked the first time Mines has won in the NCAA tournament.

The Orediggers (18-4) will play Fort Lewis College at 1 p.
