North America Gets a New Soccer League – the TOA!
The Portland Timbers headed into the offseason earlier than expected, but there was a sense of optimism at looking towards the final season of USL soccer before making the move to MLS in 2011. Needless to say, I don't think anyone in the green and white could have imagined that significant changes were going to hit even before the big move.
