Should Liverpool Striker David Ngog be Punished for This Dive? (Video)

OK, so no one on planet Earth can honestly say this wasn't a dive but what now? Arsenal striker Eduardo did a similar 'sack of potatoes to the floor type dive' and was banned by UEFA who then remembered they were in effect an impotent body and they swiftly changed their tune. Surely something needs to be done about the alarming rise in simulation in the game.
