Late goal puts RSL up 1-0 over defending champs
It wasn't the prettiest match either team has played this season, but Real Salt Lake stole a late goal Saturday afternoon to claim a 1-0 victory over a defensive-minded Columbus Crew squad. Seemingly happy to leave Rio Tinto stadium with a draw, Columbus coach Robert Warzycha fielded a surprising lineup devoid of reigning MVP Guillermo Barros Schelotto or attacking options Alejandro Moreno and Emmanuel Ekpo.
