Jones Officially Eligible
FC Schalke midfielder Jermaine Jones is now officially eligible to represent the United States. The 27-year-old German-born Jones's father is American, with Jones opting to switch his international registration under a revamped FIFA policy. FIFA officially approved the move on Tuesday, after Jones announced his intentions on June 12th.
