Sven declines Swedish job
The Swede who is director of football at Notts County felt he could combine his position at the club and the coaching job of the Swedish national team. The Swedish football association was on board with the proposal. But Notts County executive chairman Peter Trembling felt that Eriksson could not have his cake and eat it too.
