Manchester United 2-1 Bolton Wanderers: Match Observations


A nervy encounter which Manchester United got through in the end, but early dominance and chances were not converted into goals, but this win against Bolton Wanderers does mean that United are top after Chelsea had lost 2-1 at the hands of Aston Villa.

It was good to see some very good performances from Michael Owen, taking advantage of Rooney's injury, and Ryan Giggs in particular.
