Paper planes: The true threat to football
As the pitch was besieged with red-hot flares and racist monkey noises during Saturday's Ukraine v England match, there was a third menace, literally flying under the radar with its threat of gliding danger. That threat?
Paper planes.
Says David James:
"They were big flares, granted, but you could argue that someone throwing a paper aeroplane on the pitch might take someone's eye out.
